Rather than continuing the usual stall-like impression of traditional grocery shops, it presents itself in a way that is efficient, clear, fresh, and visually unified—meeting contemporary expectations for both quality and variety. For food brands, “friendliness and approachability” are essential. They are the first emotional entry point for consumers. Accordingly, in both the logo and packaging, Kinglomo puts clear friendliness first. The red–blue contrast is direct and striking, giving the brand strong shelf visibility and instant recognition. The Kinglomo logo blends the dual ideas of a “door” and a “store”: an open entrance that signals welcome and sharing; a cohesive space that represents the everyday reality of a snack shop. It aims to make AI application development easier and faster, lowering the engineering threshold while providing full-lifecycle technical support—from data preprocessing to application deployment. From the beginning, Dify has defined its mission clearly: not to create dazzling technological spectacles, but to democratize AI and empower human decision-making within an open and collaborative ecosystem. During the design process, we noticed the word “if”—a simple and highly recognizable term that almost perfectly captures the meanings of decision and choice. It reflects both philosophical questioning and the fundamental logic of programming. The word represents a natural bridge between human reasoning and machine computation. In Dify’s identity system, “if”&nbsp;is highlighted not only as part of the brand name but as a metaphor for the platform’s core value and purpose. To reflect the relationship between artificial intelligence and human intelligence, the word “if”&nbsp;is rendered in a monospaced typeface—the kind used in early computer programming interfaces. This typeface carries a sense of historical warmth and the legacy of accumulated human knowledge. It reminds us that AI is not a mysterious power emerging from nowhere, but a creation built upon generations of collective human wisdom. The overall visual language of Dify is minimalist and precise, dominated by shades of blue that convey trust, rationality, and a forward-looking attitude. Across its brand applications—from packaging and posters to digital interfaces—Dify maintains a disciplined sense of technological order. Experience or feeling is a very abstract concept. What is the boundary between "feeling something" and "feeling nothing" and how should it be conveyed to users? In the process of sorting out the brand content of Bananain, we found a marker with unique value and extremely high recognition - Tag-less Label. "Tag-less Label" can be used not only as an mark for "feeling nothing", but also as an eye-catching identification for "feeling something". Bananain has been one of the most influential brands of underwear and leisure wear in China after several years of development. Besides, the “big label” visual system used for Bananain has also become one of the brand images that Chinese consumers are most familiar with and take delight in talking about. This rebranding of Bananain Kids a special version based on the previous design of brand image. It is not only an upgrade of brand image but also a new understanding of Bananain in the perspective of kids. We made three key actions allowing Bananain Kids to show a quite different brand personality without jumping out of the main frame. Action 1: Enlargement. Everything seems to be bigger in kids’ eyes. For example, an orange we pick up casually may look as big as a basketball to kids. We enlarged the brand information including the logo and big labels as far as possible without exceeding the horizontal width. The enlarged Bananain, compared with the previous one, seems to be more cute and clumsy, bringing more enjoyment to kids. Action 2: Color. Kids are more sensitive to colors. Bananain Kids is a colorful and gorgeous world for kids where they have an opportunity to see more colors and have more color stimulation. The visual elements including the logo and big labels have been re-colored. All contents are not strictly restricted in colors except for the logo that needs to remain within the fixed scope of colors. Action 3: Pile up. Among the three actions, the most childlike expression is to pile up. How can we perfectly present children’s characteristics? We achieve this purpose by destroying the original regular structure. The orderly arranged big labels are disorganized like building blocks and piled up together. In our view, it’s more in line with kids’ understanding of the world to pile everything up together in such a casual way. Of course, there is no real randomness from the perspective of brand image and design rules. The effect of random stacking we see is just the outcome of logical and precise design. What we discovered during the rebranding process is that there is a warmth flowing through the gaga team, the source of the warmth that comes from gaga's love of life, which is pure and slow, determined and elegant - the logo of gaga was designed with these keywords. The logo of gaga is composed of two parts: the symbol and the logotype. The symbol is the most significant element of gaga's visual identity, taken from the handwriting of the Latin letter g, which is romantic, sprawling and modern. Having a set of executable, standardized VI system is a necessary visual asset for all mature enterprises. We are proud to have completed the optimization and visual specifications of the brand identity for Alipay. The font logo, featuring the iconic "支" (branch) character, has been a cornerstone of Alipay's identity since its inception, earning widespread recognition and fostering a deep sense of trust among users. While maintaining the brand’s visual integrity, we refined and restructured the character's proportions, local details, and overall design.
